Also know as Body Brew, maltodextrin is non fermentable and leaves in a nice sweetness and adds body to the finished brew. Use when your brew is too dry for your preference.
Start with 100-150gms per 23 Litres and increase across future brews as necessary. Use as well as your 1kg dextrose with cider, beer and ginger beer kits. Can also be used in winemaking and for sweetening liqueurs. A major component of sports energy drinks.
